How fast does it arrive?
Standard shipping is a flat €7.99 and takes 2–3 weeks to Spain, Portugal and the rest of Europe, or 4–6 weeks to the UK. Orders over €150 ship free. Every order ships tracked.
Which size should I take?
ASICS and Saucony run true to size (between two, take the larger). The Air Max 95 runs small — take one size up. On Cloud is narrow — size up with a wide foot. Or use the size finder above.
Can I send them back?
Yes: 30 days, unworn, in the original box with everything it came with. Refund within 10 business days of receiving the pair. Wrong size? Return and reorder so your size is reserved immediately.
Are they new?
Every pair is brand new, never worn, in its original box — and every ASICS pair includes double laces. Each order is checked by hand before it ships.
